Rajeev Colton – Director’s Assistant for Marvel Studios’ ‘Captain America: Brave New World’ – is making waves in Hollywood with his journey from humble beginnings to working on one of the most anticipated films of 2025.
Having grown up in Sri Lanka, Rajeev’s passion for film making was ignited at just six, after watching Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park.
His love for storytelling deepened as he immersed himself in local theatre and short films, eventually leading him to study at Evangel University and Chapman University in the US.
While at Chapman, Colton also worked alongside Asghar Farhadi and Ryan Coogler, gaining invaluable experience that shaped his cinematic philosophy.
